Brought my watch to have battery replaced after finding that the jeweler next door had closed business. Since then my watch collects condensation inside glass and doesn't keep time accurately. Very disappointed as this was an anniversary gift from my husband.

My rating is for jewelry appraisal only. I saw Scott for an appraisal and was/am assuming he is GIA certified, but after my visit I can't be sure of that. The only guess I have is that they undervalue jewelry and possibly then offer to buy it. If not, it's just sheer incompetence. Alternately, I had my ring appraised today by a GIA certified appraiser recommended through a well known jewelry establishment. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest. Everything came in around the ballpark range I had expected from the guy today (my family used to own a jewelry store so it isn't new to me). Scott's appraisal was 4.36 times LESS than today. Thats a 436% markdown. Let that sit for awhile. That's not a ballpark range. That's a ripoff. There is no way that the appraisal he gave is accurate. I even researched today and was hoping maybe I was wrong. I'm not. Shame on these people. If I didn't know better I'd have been tempted to sell it for that price. If you're getting an appraisal, steer clear of this place. It's not even worth the $35 to get a verbal appraisal. Go somewhere else. Oh, and today when we looked in the scope the pavilion was still dirty. How do you even get a good appraisal if you don't clean the diamond properly? anyways, save yourself the trouble and keep looking elsewhere for an appraisal if you don't want to lose a bunch of money.

Amazing customer service and the perfect place for our engagement and wedding rings. We couldn’t be happier. Other places were simply terrible and didn’t let us have any agency in the decision. Mardon Jewelers restored dignity to the process of finding the right rings to represent our marriage and with a design that’s made by them, not something from a factory. My experience with Mardon Jewelers exceeded my expectations. My husband and I went in to have some diamonds added to my original wedding ring. We were teamed with Jim who was very creative and thought outside the box to create the most unique and beautiful ring I've ever worn, he also worked within our budget. The other staff members were very friendly and welcoming, they even entertained my 1 year old so I could finish taking care of business. Our experience was so pleasant, we will definitely go back for all of our jewelry needs.
