Went hunting for these items because they said store had them in stock. Ghosts were on the floor but pumpkins were not, so I asked an employee. She was super kind and retrieved them from the back for me. 🙏🏻 Cashier was super nice as well and did two separate transactions for me so I can use both my coupons no problem at all! A1 customer service.

It was good to shop for an item that I needed. It's a shame that employees cannot do anything to stop shoplifters otherwise if they intend to confront them and stop them. The employees will be fired. There was a woman with a suitcase that put items inside and left. There was no security at the shopping center. If I ever see one and they intend to try to do something to me and I defend myself in a way they get hurt I'll wait for the police to show up so they can suffer arrest.

Big Lots I won here to get storage containers also shoes containers and actually they had good prices when I walk through the door they greeted me with a hello. That was a great start which made me have a positive of the store. Well after that I'm walking around looking for the items that I needed. There was a lady in the same section that I was in. And I guess I must have said it out loud what I was looking for because she said it's in the next owl and look down. So I did and it was definitely where she said it was. Also I told her thank you wasn't sure if she worked in the store or not. So after that I went to the cash register and thought the things I had in my cart. Looked over to the next register and the lady that helped me the paying for her things that's when I realized it was a customer. So as I left the store with a big smile on my face with a thought in my head that ladies really what kind. It only takes one kind gesture to make another person day. The Big Lots that I want to was 4022 Madison Street Riverside California zip 92504 which is located in the Arlington Square shopping center.
