This is my second time going to this place and this experience was terrible. They kept telling me it would be ready in 2 days but it took 2 weeks and it only took 2 weeks by because we had to fight to get our car back. They left my car all dirty, the windows not working (and they was working when I dropped it off) my dashboard was all cut up and messed up my radio even stop working and they also messed up our push start. (It was working when u dropped it off) and the customer services was awful they was catching a attitude with us when they was the one who messed up I do not know recommend this place to nobody unless you want your car to be completely messed up even more .

Started using this shop close to 4 years ago. Dave was awesome and so was the manager. However since the owner Dave is not involved in the day to day operation the service has really gone down hill. Called on the 13th for a quote. Spoke with Don for 25 minutes getting my info and he said he was busy and would call me back with the price. I called today which it has been a month and Don said I declined the service while my car was there on the 13th of August. It hasn't left my yard since the 5th of August. I have given this shop many chances considering the first time I used them for a brake job I made it from Ft Myers to almost Tampa and my caliper fell off where the manager didn't put a wrench on it. I have called several times to try and speak with Dave about the service issues but he just likes to fly planes now. I guess with Dave gone the shop has finally caught up with the times.
