It's all still there. There are a couple new channels that have broken through the beach to the lagoon, but apart from being a little battered (was last there a couple months ago) it's mostly unchanged.
Haven't been back since Irma, try calling the City Of Marco Island/Naples and they should,provide that info or get you in contact with someone at the beach.
