As long as you have the proper forms (1172, recommended to be digitally signed, otherwise the physical document needs to be notarized and the military member present) and two forms of ID. Yes. You will get a new ID, but arrive 45 min before they open if you don't want to be there all day. Next time don't wait until you have one day remaining on your ID expiration.

Our daughter turned 21 on July 28, but she's a full-time student. She's been dropped from TRICARE, and her ID card is expiring 30 Sept. There are no walk-ins, and no online appts until mid Oct. Any suggestions? Are 1172's available to download and prep in advance? This is a bit urgent as my 21 yr old needs to see a dr before Oct.... Appreciate any suggestions, so eligible to renew in DEERS and TRICARE.
