Why aren't there postings or signs warning hikers that the west end of the red trail leads right into a muddy bog during most of the hiking season? Stay on the yellow trail. Not a fun hike.

I also lost my way without adequate trail indicators but followed the power lines back. While doing that I just about stepped on a rattle snake sunning on the dirt path. Gave me lots of adrenaline to find my way back.

Sure, but after hiking 2.5+ miles and then not being able to access the last part of the trail/loop and having to back track (same boring path) was a bit of a bust.
