Both employees I've interacted with here are great. On one occasion I had a package slip left in my mailbox at home (it required a signature, but this wasn't clear to me at the time), so I came in to see if I could just pick the package up. The mail truck wasn't back yet, but she told me to come back in about an hour and hopefully the truck would be back. I did, she remembered me, and went searching for my package. She found it for me and told me how I can handle it in the future. On another occasion I was mailing a package internationally, and the man who helped me was great. He helped correct a better way to declare the contents for customs. The USPS prices are crazy, but that's not specific to this location so I can't complain.

Worst mail carrier ever. The postal worker constantly delivers my mail and packages to another house. Do they get trained in reading addresses at this location? I 'd rather see it closed down due to this total inefficiency. I'd give no stars if I could.

Not set up for Amazon returns. Terrible business synergy and it falls on customers budget/ time

I’m not sure of our drivers name but I think it’s Caroll I live on baleen or Lane in Bella Terra I just have to say she’s always there to help you with the situation always a wave just a very very pleasant person I know the post office gets slammed and I’m not that familiar with how things work in Estero post office but I know this one particular individual is a pleasure and professional to deal with all the time

How do I communicate a request to resume delivery

The condo HOA or you might have to call a locksmith.
Yes, regular hours of 8:30-4:30
I think so
No. The post office is closed on Sunday.
no but I think you can at the Bonita Springs post office.
did you put your return address on the letter? If so it should come back to you in a few days and then you can put the complete address on it and then drop it back into the outgoing mail again. If you didn't put a return address on the envelope it will either end up in "dead letters" OR the mail carrier may know/guess the unit number and attempt to deliver it anyway.
