Absolutely horrible. Not a sanitizer in sight and apparently the employees are unaware of how to wear masks. Down below the nose. I read something about how it takes less time to potty train a baby to teach some how to wear a mask. Maybe they do it right when the owner is there. I actually had to ask the sales person to move away. He was inches away. We left, went elsewhere and bought our hot tub. Oh and no one was encouraging guests to wear masks. So many places ask their guests to put one one. Never again will I step foot in this establishmentment.
Thank you for inquiring. Our staff wear masks, and we have additional masks for customers that need them. We have notices posted throughout the store encouraging social distancing and the store is kept clean. We can also accommodate a more private shopping experience shortly before our normal store opening, or shortly after our normal store closing time.
