Five Plus Stars We just purchased (8/22) a Hot Springs hot tub. Rich our sales representative was extremely knowledgeable, went out of his way explaining the different Hot Springs tubs benefits and provided us the best purchase price. We are currently working with him to set it up properly after we attain our City permits for our electrical service to the tub. Also, the delivery and setup of the hot tub by O'Connor Services & Transport was flawless. They offered explanations on Hot Springs (Watkins Wellness) products, mentioned maintenance issues, and how to best care for the tub.

Absolutely horrible. Not a sanitizer in sight and apparently the employees are unaware of how to wear masks. Down below the nose. I read something about how it takes less time to potty train a baby to teach some how to wear a mask. Maybe they do it right when the owner is there. I actually had to ask the sales person to move away. He was inches away. We left, went elsewhere and bought our hot tub. Oh and no one was encouraging guests to wear masks. So many places ask their guests to put one one. Never again will I step foot in this establishmentment.
Debbe, we sell Endless Pool Fitness Systems, which are fiberglass constructed and are self-enclosed to sit above the ground on a concrete slab. We do not build inground pools of any type, including fiberglass models. Thank you for your interest.
