As a resident, I can tell you that monthly rentals are usually spoken for months, if not a year in advance. Almost all that do rent require a minimum of 3 to 4 months during season.
I believe people will rent out their places in the winter, for a monthly charge until they come back. You could call the office and find out they may have a list of people I am not sure. I know you have to be 55 plus
