I really like this place and their pho is hands-down the best in this area. But listen, I'm just being honest, they have to get a handle on their to-go process. If I place an order to pick up, and I give 25 minutes for staff to prepare it, I expect it packed and ready for me when I get there. When I place a pick-up order, it's because I'm stressed and short on time and I just need the food quick. I can't be waiting for yet another 25 minutes for the order after showing up. That defeats the purpose of calling it in. It isn't my intention to be negative, I just think they could do vastly better in this one area. I'll always go back there - like I said, it's the absolute best in town.
