No, you must first complete a surrender form which you can find on our website here: https://www.vaonj.org/surrenderapet/. Also, we do not offer spay/neuter, as we do not have a clinic on-site.

They do and you should ask them how much to neuter they may be able to get you through the process and your daughter can keep her kitten
