Required a referral to be seen despite my insurance stating one was not needed. Aetna even called Salveo to tell them I don't need a referral to be seen so Salveo changed the wording and requested I get a "script" from my primary care provider before I could be seen. THAT IS THE SAME THING AS A REFFERRAL! Also, they chose to notify me of this 24 hours prior to my appointment! I plan to file a complaint to investigate if this is a requirement for all new patients.

Carmen Eberly is the nurse practitioner. She is amazing. This practice is more than weight loss. It’s more “women’s health” to me because they treat the entire woman. Carmen is managing several health issues previously managed by my GP (who I can rarely get into see). The practice is warm and inviting. I lost over 20 lbs within the first two months and continue to lose 2 lbs per week with Carmen. Highly recommend!!!!

I lost 80 lbs with salveo’s help. Love the staff they are all very nice. When I stopped going I ended up putting weight back on and I am now back to keep motivated. I love how they breakdown body fat and muscle. In not one for exercise but when I was told I’ve lost too much muscle I started. Love them.
