Before we were allowed to have our 3rd adopted rescue, they made us bring our dogs for a meet and greet.
No, some are but make sure to do your research.
The wonderful volunteers do great work with the dogs & learn their behaviors to best match a dog with an owner. Mostly all dogs are friendly & sociable
