Actually having a car can be difficult to park, so much better. If you want to travel a little further you can take a Lyft or Uber.
There are plenty of sites and restaurants if you don't mind walking 1 to 1.5 miles. But going downtown you need a car
Yes it is very easy to get around without a car
Lots of restaurants and shopping fairly closeby but car is needed.
