Hi Anna. You can do this online through the DHSMV portal at https://services.flhsmv.gov/virtualoffice/. Log in and select the option to have your title printed and mailed to you. Thanks!

Good morning Anna most titles are electronic titles you could go to motor vehicle with your ID and request a paper title. It's normally a $10 fee from motor vehicle for paper title
