I received incredible service at OATA !! I must say though Edna Boneta has to be recognized !! When I met with her at the OATA office and turned in all my paperwork that day she was extremely professional she explained exactly how the whole process would work from start to finish made me feel confident all the work would be done correctly and promptly. I highly recommend OATA !! A+ service and a friendly A+ Staff !!

I would rather chisel myself a new car tag than deal with this office again. Two and a half hours of waiting to get charged double the amount I was supposed to be charged.

The service needs to be improved. They must have a fixed person for express files. A fixed person to collect. That's not fair. On 08/30 I arrived at 11:12 in the morning with only one (only one file) and I left at 4 in the afternoon. That's not fair

However, if you are in need of an appointment to process a private transaction for title or registration (for a vehicle not purchased through a dealership), you must contact your county tax collector's office.

I am a title agent in Orlando and want to know if I can get the history of a Mobile Home online? I have closing which includes a Mobile HOme and I need info on the Mobile Home

Zaida Serrano | Sep 25, 2020
OATA | Sep 25, 2020

Good morning Zaida, unfortunately there is no online service that can provide you what you are looking for. If the mobile home is not attached to the land as real property, you may be able to get the vehicle history report by contacting the Tax Collector for the County that the property is in. If the property is in Orange County, you can call them at 407-836-7200. They will be better able to assist you.

How do I get my vehicle title...on paper...paid the loan off months ago. Fees?

Pat Parrish | Sep 25, 2020
OATA | Sep 25, 2020

Good afternoon Pat. We are not open to the general public. However, as Giselle stated, it may be electronic. Either way, you can also obtain a paper title by logging in to the DMV portal at https://services.flhsmv.gov/VirtualOffice/. You will be able to see if your title is electronic as well as request a printed or replacement title.
