I received incredible service at OATA !! I must say though Edna Boneta has to be recognized !! When I met with her at the OATA office and turned in all my paperwork that day she was extremely professional she explained exactly how the whole process would work from start to finish made me feel confident all the work would be done correctly and promptly. I highly recommend OATA !! A+ service and a friendly A+ Staff !!

I would rather chisel myself a new car tag than deal with this office again. Two and a half hours of waiting to get charged double the amount I was supposed to be charged.

The service needs to be improved. They must have a fixed person for express files. A fixed person to collect. That's not fair. On 08/30 I arrived at 11:12 in the morning with only one (only one file) and I left at 4 in the afternoon. That's not fair

Hi Lori, dealers services are until 4:00pm. Depending on the number of customers at the lobby the sign in list may be closed earlier.
Hi Jasper! Yes, we are open to general public M- F 5 pm- 8/ Sat-Sun 8 am-noon. You can make an appointment at https://nqa3.nemoqappointment.com/Booking/Booking/Index/o85rt6he. We look forward to serving you!

Hello! Our office only provides dealer services. If you need assistance pertaining to dealer work, we do offer walk-in service-no appointment necessary. However, if you are in need of an appointment to process a private transaction for title or registration (for a vehicle not purchased through a dealership), you must contact your county tax collector's office.
I'm sorry we do not do driver's licenses or ID cards at his location. You will need to reach out to the Tax Collectors Office.

Are you a car dealer?
Good morning Zaida, unfortunately there is no online service that can provide you what you are looking for. If the mobile home is not attached to the land as real property, you may be able to get the vehicle history report by contacting the Tax Collector for the County that the property is in. If the property is in Orange County, you can call them at 407-836-7200. They will be better able to assist you.
Good afternoon Pat. We are not open to the general public. However, as Giselle stated, it may be electronic. Either way, you can also obtain a paper title by logging in to the DMV portal at https://services.flhsmv.gov/VirtualOffice/. You will be able to see if your title is electronic as well as request a printed or replacement title.
They deal with dealerships only.
Good afternoon Mr. Morris. We only serve Licensed Automobile Dealers at this location. You can go the Tax Collector's Office located at 730 Sand Lake Rd. Suite 106B, Orlando, FL 32809. In answer to your question, no, your wife does not have to be present. You can have her sign a Power of Attorney to give you permission to sign on her behalf. You can find that form here: https://www.flhsmv.gov/pdf/forms/82053.pdf
Hi April, we aren't open to the general public. We only do tag and title transactions for licensed dealers, and no driver license transactions at all. You have to go to your local Tax Collector's Office to get a driver license. If you live in Orange County, you can visit www.octaxcol.com to make an appointment. Thanks!
Hi Anna. You can do this online through the DHSMV portal at https://services.flhsmv.gov/virtualoffice/. Log in and select the option to have your title printed and mailed to you. Thanks!
You can log on to the DHSMV website at GoRenew.com. When you log in you will be able to see which license plates are current and which vehicle they are associated with. You can also contact your dealership and ask them to look up this information for you.
