Motorized/electric scooter for those with mobility issues, yes. Just as you can a wheelchair. If you mean scooter as in foot propelled or the BIRD or LIME type rental scooters, then I'd say no. We used two electric sitting scooters there yesterday for those in our party that have a difficult time walking. Didn't have any problems.
