I have like 2 stray cats that keep coming around where I live they are out side in 90 degree weather sometimes in winter too the one is a little skinny feel so bad for them what can I do about this

Call animal control or the ASPCA to see if they can pick up the strays n get them help.

I would call the humane league to see if they would take them. If they don't have any identification i would also maybe put the question to your friends and family to see if anyone would like a cat.
