It's always best to check with your local police or animal control agency (or any other animal shelter) before bringing us a stray to ensure there isn't another place or contracted service provider you should go to. If you check out HumanePA.org, there is information on what to do if you have a stray. P.S.: Humane PA is a no-kill animal shelter!
