Same thing I had to report them
They made a change in the fall of 2019. And it showed immediately. The 2 ladies up front were fired. I visited twice after the 2019 change both of those experiences were as pleasant as they could be given that most of us don't like having our blood drawn for testing. Today (Oct 2021), it was even better.
