There are two grills there I don't know if you can bring your own
I didn't see any grills but when we researched it supposedly there are two grills and you are only allowed to picnic at the tables.
No and i don't think you are allowed to bring any
I don't believe I've seen a grill ever during my three trips to the DC Arboretum over the years
