I had a very good experience there. I had a bad experience at other Benz dealership
My experience is they are focused on profit at the cost of customer service. The ownership (Auto Nation) of the dealership appears to endorse deceptive practices in the service department and warranty department. Cost me over 10k and 20hrs of my time most issues still unresolved.
I don't treat with the people that is rude when I'm paying for a service. Definitly bad customer service at this place.
Must've been an off day, Michael Tayefeh (especially) and the rest of the team are virtual super heroes in my experience!
