Hope there was a zero star. Brought my 6500 miles car (new) there for oil change, and they forgot to place the engine cap on, so I drove home splashing oil all over the immaculate brand new car engine bay. He sent a tow truck to bring it back and clean it, supposedly, by a specialist detailing mobile service that he hired. When I went to pick up my vehicle, there was still oil in the hood lining, in the bay wall, and all plastic and metal covers. He did not clean anything! AVOID THIS PLACE. Stay away from mediocre customer service, attention to detail deficit, and lack of supervision management. Cherry on top of the story: as I drove off that place, he gave my ride a 3-oil-change coupon 😂. Like I’m going to comeback; laughable. I hope this story help you realize you’ll be better AWAY from this place.

I showed up without an appointment due to the low tire pressure light repeatedly coming on. I barely had to wait and they patched the tire up and got me on my way. Friendly folks, this will be my new place for all tire & wheel related needs.

My tire had a nail in it and was running low. The employee at the service station in College Park told me the tire's steel wall integrity had been compromised and needed to be replaced. Travis at Maitland Tire took the tire off the wheel, inspected it and determined there was no damage. The tire was patched and my time spent at Maitland Tire Co. was less than 30 minutes. Excellent work!! Thank you!
