I came here today for my hair thinning. Yvette was my consultant and she was amazing. She gave me hope and listened to all my issues. She arranged a hair care routine and informed me they can definitely help me. With the products she recommended that they had on hand , she carefully instructed me how to use them. She gave me so much hope as my wedding is approaching, I felt that I waited too late to have my issues addressed. She really made me so comfortable and overall was satisfied with my experience. Even the woman at the front desk was so nice I believe her name was Arlin, and I so appreciate her for all her help. Lavanya takes care of me when I’m there and she is such a delight. She makes me comfortable and I enjoy listening to her stories as she takes care of me, she is so funny and sweet. Thanks again hair club for making me part of your club and helping me. Looking forward to my next appointment!!!

The staff at Hair Club in Maitland, Orlando has been enthusiastically professional and kind to me. I experience a beautiful result from my extensive treatments and care. The staff showed empathy when They found out that my brother perished from COVID. They were supportive and compassionate. My experience with them has been out of this world!

The problem here is not with the stylists it is with management. I thought the Tampa location was mismanaged but this location is just as worse. They claim are listening to your issues but it goes in one ear and out the other. I have called the corporate office many times but the “pre Madonna” rep Rickie has never took the time to ever call me back in 2 years after over a dozen phone calls. After substandard service again this year they chose to raise the prices. I have decided to move on.
