U can cancel it at any time with the regular one. The Black Card is a little different I think but u can use the Black Card at other PF but only get 10 visits a month free with it.
See if you can transfer it to where you're moving. Not sure if they would let you cancel outright. Sorry. Go in to the nearest PF and talk to them and see what they say!
You'll have to go in and talk to someone. :) If you're already gone you should be able to call in to the Oregon location or I think go into the location in your new town!
