I go to Great clips every where I travel. No problems. I made appointment here in Laramie was told to come back in an hour. I did, and was told it would be another hour. I got om the list for a reason. I was not a walk in. After I got home got a text to tell me I could come in for my appointment. I live across town. What is the point of getting on the list. I went elsewhere and got a good haircut. Won't be back to the Laramie Great clips

I’ve been to this great clips a few times, and every time they butcher my head. I’m a young guy, just want a basic haircut and end up with random long or really short patches of hair all over my head. I end up just fixing it myself at home. Idk how people do this as their job and do so poorly. I know great clips is supposed to be a cheap haircut but it seems worse than I’d expect for 16-20 bucks.

They will fake wait times to get out of doing work and in doing so they will screw customers. The online check in wouldn't let me check in because there was a 2 hour wait. So I went inside to see if I could get squeezed in if someone didn't show up. They didn't have a single person in a chair!! AND THEY STILL DIDN'T SEAT ME!? Do not go here.

From my experience the haircuts have been good, nothing to necessarily complain about. I’ve gone twice now and have gotten decent haircuts. But my biggest complaint is the wait time. They’re only open 8 hours on the weekends and i kid you not, the online check in is full the entire 8 hours. I’ve checked to try to get a haircut several times the past 3 days and literally cannot get checked in online. If this place is so constantly busy, then why not have more employees? It’s frustrating because it’s the only “walk in” place in Laramie and you can’t even walk in. Gotta wait 3 days to check in online, and then still wait 3 hours.
