Sat in drive thru for nearly an hour. Employees were packing food without gloves on. Busy but people standing on phones. Got our order wrong multiple times. Usually really enjoy dairy queen but just wasn't worth it today

The drive thru line is incredibly slow at all times. Food quality is fine but it makes it difficult to stop here when you are in a hurry. I should add once again the quality of food is great.

Was really impressed with the service and prep of our food! Very kind and polite and made you feel at home! They even gave our pit bull a pup cup! Best experience I have had in laramie fast food service!!
