Food is nice, Lucas was so polite and awesome. Mike was working hard the next morning. This team was doing a great job with keeping showers ready and food on the hot rollers. Nice one!

Customer service is below standard. Rude employee at the fuel desk. He said I was lucky he is in a good mood otherwise he would be an a..hole towards me while I was getting a shower. He was very reluctant to give me a shower most likely he didn't care for my kind.

I spend thousands on fuel at these Pilots but no matter which one you go to there are never any showers clean or available. I won't spend another penny at this chain and stick with the Petro/TA because no matter what they always have a hot shower available. Just fed up

I work at the pilot travel center here in laramie wyoming and unfortunately on site we dont have one but there are several mechanic shops in town that can help you no problem
