I'd stop in the store and speak to the manager, explain the problem to him/her and see their response. If you're not happy with their response, cancel your order and get your money back.
Depends on what you need. If it is a service being done, it depends solely on the local companies they contract with. If it is a special order, they run hand in hand with home depot as far as time. Locations also come into play, some associates are more attentive to you as a customer than others. But this is the same across the board, as you may know
Timely is usually 24-48 hours. The hurricane setback many time lines on responsiveness. Call there Customer Service Center and speak with a representative. My issue was rectified quickly.
