Purchased a pre-owned F150 essentially sight unseen over the phone through Hal and it was a very easy and pleasant experience. When I picked the truck up it was everything Hal said it was and the condition of the truck by far exceeded my expectations. Parker in finance was also a pleasure to work with and made the closing process very quick, simple, and easy to understand. All the folks and especially Hal at Beck Ford were very genuine people and Hal's upfront and honest representation of the truck made me very comfortable with purchasing a vehicle that was located hours away from me.

We bought a car from them. They were good on the phone...we are 200 miles from them. Went there to sign the paperwork and get the car. The car had not been vacuumed or washed and they said well the detail guy is a young student and they blamed him. We signed everything and the salesman never showed us to operate anything on the car. He went to try and get another sale. We had a question later so we emailed and they never answered. We will never deal with them again.
