We bought a car from them. They were good on the phone...we are 200 miles from them. Went there to sign the paperwork and get the car. The car had not been vacuumed or washed and they said well the detail guy is a young student and they blamed him. We signed everything and the salesman never showed us to operate anything on the car. He went to try and get another sale. We had a question later so we emailed and they never answered. We will never deal with them again.
I was very surprised and when I mentioned it to the service writer..he said he was in a hurry and didn't want to take the time.
I haven't had to use them for anything like that, but, did get the 40.00 oil change with other checks. It was my first time doing business with them. I found them all to be very professional and thorough with my car. Even noticing couple things that needed my attention. They suggested other places I could take it to, as well. It's unfortunate your experience was not good. But, voicing your unhappiness should correct future issues with whomever oversaw the repairs and lack of concern.
I have not had a problem like that at Beck Ford and I've been going there sience they became Beck ford.
They don't wash the exterior, they have their customers go to the autospa by Chrysler. The interior is usually kept clean and tidy, through the use of floor mats and seat covers. It's not a usual occcurence for the interior to be dirty.
