Why won’t this place answer the phone? Would love to the try the food, but I’m an introvert and I don’t like being out in public. Because they won’t answer their phone I cannot the try the food comfortably.

They aren't answering the phone for me either (it doesn't even ring... just a dial tone). :(

I believe they are on BiteSquad. You can order and have your food delivered and don't really even have to talk to anyone.

I believe it's because they do so much walk in business they don't care about phone orders, plus they are on food delivery apps and don't want to worry about it

The food is excellent, the Newberry Rd. location is larger, but Archer Rd. is closer if coming from Ocala

Hey John, I've placed an order over the phone before. I'd assume they don't answer when they're busy or backed up. The food is definitely fresh, tasty, and decent proportions. I hope you get to enjoy some soon. :)

They are definitely busy at times, but that doesn't adequately explain why they're not answering their phone. They do you have a delivery service so I suggest you avail yourself of that

It is probably because they are really busy. You could wait for a while or go there.

Maybe they have the wrong number posted? I live in Ocala,so not sure why they wouldn't answer the phone. Maybe try a different location. There are two in Gainesville,so maybe try to other and get the number for the other.
