You & your fiance would need to go in person to the courthouse & go to the marriage license/clerk of court's office, present your IDs (their website has a list of acceptable identification but you can just each take your driver's licenses), & provide your SSNs (you don't need the physical SSN cards, you just need to be able to verbally tell the clerk what they are) & they will provide you with the license! There is an $86 fee for it so just come prepared. You can bring the license back as soon as it's been signed by your officiant to get your official copies for your certificate of marriage. St. John's County Courthouse is not requiring appointments at this time either so the whole process is very convenient. :)
