This is a state owned property managed by Marion County. It is a first come first serve, pay at the pipe facility. May also be accessed by boat via the Ocklawaha River. This is a bit off the beaten path of nearby Ocala National Forest, so it is more apt to have sites available compared to my experience with ONForest first come first serve facilities.
Not crowded. Usually the spot that I go to if I cant get a state park campsite. $10 a night, $5 a day. Dont know about annual pass.
Is usually not very crowded, is a small campground so best to get there before a weekend. Is only 5$ a night so do not know about a discount on that. No electricity, shower is outside and no hot water.
As a fairly small private campground it can get crowded during the Winter. Unsure if they offer any discounts.
No and I believe yes to the second part. Of course there's always your busy days but for the most part you should be able to enjoy your time there
