Even though the park is closed on Monday can we still fish on the pier ?

There is a gate to the Fort grounds, yet I don't know if you can go around the fort grounds to the pier.

Yes it stays open to fishing on the pier , they also keep 1 of the 2 bathrooms open also ,i personally havent been fishing there yet this yr but soon , you can catch a variety of fish ,bunker , porgy, fluke and flounder,blue fish , stripers if in season ,dog fish or sand sharks witch ever u prefer ..... They have strong back bone muscles but not hard to take off the hook please keep dock clean of bait and food containers ,hooks and fishing line
