Is this a actual dispensary in city of new london, is it under construction?? I normally go to Uncasville but if I can get something closer it would be so much better??

Yes. The New London clinic is an actual clinic but is a Methadone clinic. If you go to Uncasville I believe that is a weed dispensary. The N L clinic is strictly Methadone.

Do you have a prescriber on site.

No dr on site they arrange an appt. for you to go to manchester and take a med. Cab if you don't have your own transportation
