My honest suggestion is park in a nearby neighborhood and catch an uber or pay $10-$15 per small lots. I think thats the day rate
Public parking on Hanover Street - $10 early bird is best, in by 9 and out between 2 and 6 pm. Short times on weekends are good prices too.
