Hi Matt, Our base ice cream does not contain eggs, but generally, any ice cream with cake, cookies, or pastry in it, will have egg product in it. Some options that are always available that do not have eggs are Pure Vanilla, Malty Vanilla Chip, Mint Mountain, Tell Tale, Salty Caramel, Old Bay Caramel. The exception to the cookie rule is our Maryland Mud. It does contain Oreos but the Oreos do not contain eggs. Many of the fruit-based flavors also do not contain eggs, but it is always best to ask about each of the other flavors. Obviously, we cannot guarantee an egg-free production process, as all of the flavors are made in the same facility, but we take serious precautions to sanitize our machines between running different flavors, and are very aware of cross-contamination. If you are going into one of the stores to get a scoop, please let the scooper know of the allergy and they can scoop from an unopened container with a clean scoop. -Sarah, The Charmery Scoop Support

They are only letting one group in at a time. All others must wait outside until that party takes their order and leaves. You cannot eat inside. The staff all wear masks and there's a large plastic barrier. They take your safety very seriously here and I feel very safe getting ice cream every time I've gone in.

Hi! We typically have two vegan ice creams at all times. One is usually a coconut milk base and the other a sorbet. If you are visiting our Hampden or Towson shops, we have a current list of flavors you can view from a link at www.thecharmery.com.
