Our experience at this property was horrible, with the person at the front Viola and the management company. First of all they don’t answer the phone, to get the status of an application we have to drive up to the property every time. The communication between the staff is unprofessional, they don’t even have the audacity to let you know they are leasing one apartment to multiple people, while we were in the process of getting approval for couple of weeks we were told the unit we initially applied for is not longer available because they leased it to someone else while we were waiting to hear back from them about the status of the application to that same unit. You get what i am saying? and of course they say they are waving app fee so that they don’t get accountable for their actions and how they treat you during this stage. They straight up don’t care about their prospects, imagine being their resident. The management company also does not care as the I was told the supervisor of the community reach out to us, and never did. If the manager/supervisor is like that why would the assistant care!? The only pleasant experience was speaking with Donna from corporate ( sorry if I got your name wrong ) you could tell that she actually cared about what happened. The actual property is beautiful but what makes a place a home is the experience and this property doesn’t have it.

Just moved in& I'm in love. So far so good. It's quiet,clean& management are friendly,attentive& very professional. Safety is measures are ensured here. Living here it's almost like a hotel but with a homey feel. There are no groups of people hanging in or outside the property. The tenants are friendly but not overbearing or nosey. The inside and outside of the building is very well kept. Oh and the maintenance man,I keep forgetting his name is courteous but very professional. He doesn't delay in answering or fixing a problem. Thanks so much Team R for assisting me to get my dream first apartment. I didn't think it was going to happen.😊 .
