I brought a relative home who lives there & uses a wheelchair. When we "3 of us" arrived at the front door we waited at least 3mins b4 the receptionist buzzed us in, also there was a large towel & bucket just where you would open the door catching dripping water from the ceiling..

I visited my loved one at this place and the receptionist on the desk was very rude and disrespectful. In fact after my sister talked to him about his behavior he lied and had the audacity to tell her that I could not come to visit her as if he was the manger and owned the building. I reached out to the manger and never received a return call at all.

I've actually worked here doing armed Security over 3 years. And the area is terrible and some of the residents that's has been moving in is not making it no better. The garage is very small. The building looks nice but trust me that means nothing

Since it is a partnership between Winn properties and Housing you will need to contact the main office.
Yes you can have a small dog under 25 lbs with the proper shots and paper work. Its a one time refundable deposit. It was that way before Winn merged. I'm pretty sure your still allowed to have a pet. I'm pretty sure if your disabled you can have a service dog.
