The Worst Property Management Ever... Managed by Edgewood Management, and At Housing LP, Very Unprofessional, so that no one knows who the Actual Owners are...The Owners are hiding...This an Bad Building... They have Roaches, Mice, Plumbing Issues, leaks, ect...The Management are Ruthless,and Corrupt, they spread Malicious Gossip about me, They also bully, harass, and intimidated me...The Building is not Safe Corrupt Activity, The do did not have security, for a long time, because they try to cover up illegal activity...They do not do proper maintenance repairs, if at all, they have replaced, the same Kitchen and Bathroom Countertops several times with defective leaky ones...No High Speed Internet...The Building lack Cleanliness... Save your money and move elsewhere...They operate more like a criminal organization...

I am dissatisfied with the level of respect received by the General Manager. I am constantly being talked “at “ and not talked “to”. If I completed a consent to be able to assist a possible tenant (one of their forms to be exact) then why am I given attitude and a hard way to go when I attempt to assist this individual?? Why?!! Not only did the prospective resident give you his verbal consent, I am his Payee, Authorized Representative and Power of Attorney. She has a terrible ignoring spirit not representative of an Apostle for sure!

Very dirty roach infested they have mice they people are very nosey and rude and manangement is very unprofessional security guards are lazy and sleep all nite the building stinks bad they tow ur visitors cars and they elevated is always broken! Don't move here
