39 West Lexington apartments is a great place to live. I lived there for three years and really enjoyed my time there. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. All maintenance requests were handled very quickly by Benedict (even during inclement weather). In addition, the property manager Steve Speicher is excellent and was always fast to assist with any issue at any time. I recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I absolutely love 39! Great 24-hour front desk who always greet you and they even greet your pet with treats. My fur baby knows the routine lol. Residents are super friendly. When I have visitors they always say it feels like living in a hotel. Steve , the office manager is also great and very understanding! I have no issues with this building! Maintenance answers promptly. No rodent issues or anything that you would usually see living in the city, washer and dryer is for the whole floor but I PROMISE you will never have to wait. They are always available for use. Overall this is a great place to live

It’s a really nice place. 24-hour front desk. People are friendly and helpful. It feels like living in a fancy hotel. Flat is clean and tidy. I feel safe and comfortable living here.
