You would want to directly ask Maredith Management, who oversees a lot of the neighborhoods in the area. They will forward your email to the HNA board. Might help to send a picture of what the fence will look like.
My grandfather lives in Huntington. He's had that style fence for 15 years. I don't know if it is "allowed" but they've never said anything to him.
