Playground is super unsafe and not very clean. Definitely needs an upgrade but if u close and just want something quick it's cool.

Recently rented clubhouse for party. Katie & Kathy made the process so seemly easy, the event came off well. Wish you could have more than $%, people present. The neighborhood is kept up quite well. I believe we made the right choice moving here.

It's a very nice neighborhood. A shopping center is in walking distance, which is nice and Benjamin Stoddert middle school too

You have to be a resident of the wakefield community. You have to go the HOA office in laplata with proof of residency and your ID , license have to match with your proof of residency.
