I love that they greet you. I bothered staff in the wrong area and you know what...they helped me! No brush off, no eye rolling, just pleasant assistance. Then when a staff member didn't know about something I had asked about, get this...they called over another employee to ask them. Do you know how refreshing an experience that was? I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the service I was provided. I have just moved to the area and am so happy to find my new pet supply home😁

We adopted two cats just after christmas. The staff there were great. They were totally patient with us. Letting us take all the time we wanted picking out the cats. One note, if you plan on adopting, the payment for the adoption is in cash. That way, the entire fee goes to the rescue organization.
My water is healthy..ph levels ok..is it something about the ammonia levels?
Sadly, I had my wonderful friend and lab put down there. Very respectful.
