Excellent Neighborhood! Clean, friendly neighbors, plenty of activities offered year round. I rented the community center for a baby showerer a few years ago and the center. Costs me $100 to rent for three hours and there was a $200. Security deposit. The deposit was returned becayse we cleaned up the facility and were out on time. If you want to use the center you must have your fees paid up to date and be a homeowner.. If you want more activities, you should be a member of the Board of Directors and attend the monthly meetings if you want your voice heard.
