The service is actually very outstanding. I remove one star, because they only had one person running the register during a very busy time during the beginning of school. We were there to rent a violin and the sales associate took his time to explain the benefits of owning it instead. He showed us three option online and we ended up buying it as we realized how affordable it could be. The prices are still a little more than other places but those other places are not in our community. I would recommend for all of your music needs if you care about service and keeping good stores in the community where you live. Everything does not need to be purchased online.

Bought some drums for myself and a bass guitar for the kiddo, among other things. Had a good time. Answered lots of questions, opened a line of credit and got all set up. Very courteous and experienced musicians will answer your questions. They went out of their way to make our experience a positive and convenient one. Will return.

Prices are good but why does no one answer the phone? The site states to call with any questions and I’ve been calling for 2 weeks now.
