Sorry to hear that ... All you had to do though was take the food back and they would have made sure the food came out correct. I personally never had a problem at this location... BUT ... being that they have wonderful staff ... I'm pretty sure they would have taken care of you
They have always been reponsive when I have had rare issues there. The key is to make them aware of the issue so they can resolve it.
Well considering they don't cook the cheese and they go through bread so quickly and get deliveries so often it's very unlikely you'll get stale bread I doubt this actually happened
Wondering if you mentioned your complaint to the management team there... . I had an issue with a sandwich from this location last year. They were very apologetic about it. In fact, not only did they make me a fresh sandwich, they also gave me a coupon for a future visit.
