I think 5 & 9 yrs olds would be amazed at how the staff take personal care of everyone at your table. I saw numerous small children there.
Salad bar is self serve, not your typical salad stuff. If your kids are not picky, then I say yes food wise if you don't mind dealing with the salad bar and others.
Considering that the food distribution is fast paced and meat is cut with large knives at the table, I would probably not recommend bringing young children here.
